Spice Up Your Water With My Favorite Detox Mixes!
It’s a Blog Train! Make sure you check out the lovely ladies at the end of my blog to see what fun drinks that have mixed up!
Everyone is always looking for the next best thing when it comes to their health and beauty routine. What most don’t know is that with adding a few favorite fruits and vegetables you can achieve that goal with little to no effect. The most important thing I can tell you is that having purified water is key. While we have a full house water purification you can always add one of theses easy to install faucet purifiers that work great and are affordable. Grab yours here, Brita facet System.
Honestly you can add just about anything to your water to make it great. The most import thing is the amount of water you add and how long you’re letting it infuse. For starts, don’t use more than 2 liters of water. It’s best to aim for 1-2 liters. Not only will it help with your daily water intake but it will also allow the nutrients to properly infuse. The next most import thing is to allow the fruits/vegetables to actually infuse. Rule of thumb, always allow them to infuse for at least two hours but not more than four. The reason you don’t want to go under the two is that you won’t actually get the nutrients, duh. While some fruits or vegetables can go over four hours, if your like me and don’t want to have to keep track of time just stick to the four hour rule and you’ll thank me. Now on to the good stuff.
Beauty Detox Waters

Watch the pounds drop with these waters! Or at least we wish they did lol. That won’t really happen that way, but by adding them to your daily routine it sure to jump start your day and your healthy lifestyle goals.

That’s a wrap! While there are many different flavors you can try these are just a few of my favorites and I hope you enjoy them too. Rather you’re looking for your next body cleanse, immune booster or weight loss additive these are sure to guide you in the right direction.

May 12, 2020 at 3:05 amOoo fancy lol. I don’t think I’ve actually tried and speciality water infusions. I’ve done citrus but that’s all I can think of. Send me all the drinks without mint lol
