‘Tis the season of Christmas crafts. If you haven’t noticed I am a bit obsessed with yarn at the moment and thats why I thought why not let the kids get into the spirt with me! Today I’m going to share with you just how easy and affordable ornaments can be! Everything is from the Dollar Tree – minus the actual glue gun, the glue is from Dollar Tree.
Here we go!
What you need:
- Hot glue gun
- Hot glue sticks
- Popsicle sticks
- yarn
- mini pom poms
- cardboard box
Depending on what you want to make will depend on what you need. I cut out letters from a box for the letter ornament and made these shapes for the tree and other thing.
I’m positive this is one of the easier crafts lol. Once you get your shape you simply wrap away! When it comes to the trees I do recommend adding glue as you wrap but only if the kiddos are 5 and up. For the trees we add some fun pom poms.
I’m not positive what this is called lol but I did put glue at the end to keep the edges on.
You can also make a fun present. Like I mentioned, super simple, super cheap but a fun way to add to your Christmas tree!
